Love these knives. Unfortunately, one of the handles broke, and I have not been able to find where to send them for repair. I am pretty sure it's lifetime warranty.
Description of Sabatier Precision 4-1/2-Inch Stainless Steel Vegetable Knife
Sabatier has been making fine cutlery in France for more than 150 years, and that experience is evident in this paring knife from their affordable Precision line. At 4-1/2 inches long, it's slightly larger than a paring knife, yet is still lightweight, razor-sharp, and a comfortable size for chopping and slicing veggies. That makes it a great knife to have around while making vegetarian lasagna, stew, or soup. An ultra-thin blade with slightly upturned tip means the knife won't puncture the vegetable before it slices through it, which translates to less fuss and less messy juices to clean up. Sabatier constructs their Precision line from heavy-gauge, high-carbon stainless steel for maximum strength and adds a full tang for perfect alignment and balance.
